NDA Limitations for Maxim Secure Products

You must represent a corporate entity that operates from an approved country. See Maxims export control statement to determine your countrys status.
The NDA must be signed by a corporate representative authorized to sign such a document.
Your organization must build end-products that utilize a significant volume of parts. This is due to the nature of the product: It is designed for a highly specific application and requires customized design support which necessitates high volume purchases.
