Yes. It is possible to write to the DS2506 1-Wire memory using the OneWireViewer software. Keep in mind that you need an adapter that can provide 12V programming pulse to be able to procced (DS9097U-E25# with external 12V power supply, or the DS9481R-3C7).
In OneWireViwer open the "Memory" tab of the EPROM device and enter the desired data.
